Cleveland Bridge Builders | April 14, 2011
Cleveland Bridge Builders develops rising leaders for our community’s future by providing leadership training, serving as a leadership resource for the community, embracing inclusive and connective leadership, and encouraging communication between emerging leaders and established leaders in the Cleveland community.
TRR executive directors Paul Neundorfer and David Wallis joined Eric Wobser, executive director of Ohio City Near West (OCNW), to deliver the keynote address, entitled "Taking Initiative and Collaboration on Ohio City Farm". The focus of the event was enabling leaders to take the initiative to lead in a situation where opportunities are present, but no one has taken charge. The collaboration between TRR and OCNW on the Ohio City Farm was the central point of the address, serving as an example of the positive change that can be set in motion when leaders step up and make things happen when the opportunity arises.
