Mentor Support Coordinator
Charlotte is the Mentor Support Coordinator for the Home Mentoring Program. She helps to recruit, retain, and support mentors that work within the Home Mentoring Program. Prior to joining The Refugee Response, Charlotte worked as a grant writing and marketing consultant and as the Program Manager for HandsOn Northeast Ohio, where she managed the strategic partnership between HandsOn Northeast Ohio and the United Way of Greater Lorain County. Charlotte was drawn to the nonprofit sector because she wants to be a part of meaningful work that builds a more connected, sustainable and equitable society.
Charlotte is the Vice President of the John Carroll University Chapter of the American Fundraising Professionals and is the Professional Development Chair on the Board of Directors for the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network of Cleveland. Charlotte will also be serving on the Fundraising Committee for One World Shop in Rocky River.
Charlotte will graduate with her Masters in Nonprofit Administration from John Carroll University in August of 2020. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Cleveland State University.
